Wholesale Inquiries

Hi! If you're a boutique or store I'd love to hear from you.

Getting to sell my pieces in your beautiful spaces is a dream come true!

small business has changed a lot for both of us over the last few years - many of us are still facing challenges with supply shortages, tariffs, increase in supplies and materials and dare i say? burnout

after much reflection and change over the last few seasons i am reformating my terms and scaling to reflect these conditions.

  • significant increase in materials costs

  • good brand visibility for me on your social media and your website - this includes tagging me and / or creating collaborative posts on a regular basis - i sincerely want to support you as much as you’re supporting me!

lets plan and put our heads together on this

  • meeting minimum order numbers to create a cohesive presence in your environment

  • informing me ahead of time of any discounts on my wares - i don’t typically sell my pieces for less and this could impact my own personal sales.

  • creating high end content - I’m always happy to share my photos and content

*** while we are on the topic of content - this is something that i’ve noticed a big dip in over the years. when i first started landing wholesale deals a decade ago i remember stores being excited about talking about their most recent shipment or doing unboxings etc etc. in full transparency i can count on one hand the posts that i’ve seen about my pieces from the stores and galleries i’ve partnered with over the last few years …hence why my scale has changed.

This lack of visibility has also shaped how i post about artists and their wares when i host the “petit magasin” shows across canada - with our “more is more” approach we just finished our most succesful holiday market to date and i credit the hustle we make online on a regular basis.

But it’s also changed because many of us can’t afford the split that used to serve us - i find with ceramics especially that are nearly zero shortcuts.

i know that this section seems a bit longwinded but i want to have a long and cohesive relationship with the stores i partner with :)

Please note that I am a slow studio which means I don't keep a constant stock and that it takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks depending on what you've requested. ( sometimes longer - i still work full time as a stylist and running petit magasin 2-3 times a year ) all orders are to be paid for in advance to cover cost of supplies. You are responsible for your shipping costs. If you would like to see my stocklist or if you already have a wishlist of items from what i currently am making please send me a message at shop@megdoespottery.com

I look forward to hearing from you!

as a small business I am only able to take a few holiday orders each year as much of my stock is reserved for holiday markets - please contact me by mid September a the latest to place your order

Thank you!
